Refund policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-Day Refund Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund. Simply contact us with a description of the issue and include a clear photo showing the problem, and we’ll issue a full refund. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. If possible, we encourage you to donate or recycle it.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering mistakes, or size/fit issues. Be sure to review all product details and size information before placing your order.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
